Sellergeni, serving a broad e-commerce customer base, previously relied on an on-premises generative AI model for Amazon product listing creation. To keep pace with business growth and leverage advanced generative AI capabilities, Sellergeni needed to migrate their existing Gemini model to a robust, cloud-native AWS GenAI platform—enabling seamless, high-quality, and scalable product listing generation for all its sellers.

Solution

Aivar partnered with Sellergeni to build their Amazon Product Listing Builder—an automated, GenAI-powered platform that streamlines content creation for e-commerce sellers. Leveraging Amazon Bedrock for generative content and validation agents with necessary guardrails, API Gateway for secure user integration, Amazon S3 for storage, and CloudWatch for monitoring, the solution fully automates the generation of product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords from raw catalog data. By integrating advanced AI workflows, Aivar delivered a listing builder that not only accelerates time-to-market but also enforces Amazon’s listing best practices and consistency at scale.

Architecture

The solution uses AWS Serverless and Generative AI services to ensure high availability, scalability, and security for Sellergeni’s Amazon Product Listing Builder, with built-in guardrails for safety and compliance.

• Amazon API Gateway exposes secure endpoints for uploading product data and retrieving generated listings.

• AWS Lambda orchestrates product listing generation, interacting with AWS Bedrock agents to create titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords, enforcing content guardrails throughout the workflow.

• AWS Bedrock (Generative, Validation, and Finalize Agents) produces context-aware content and performs robust validation, leveraging prompt engineering and automated guardrails to ensure quality and marketplace compliance.

• Amazon S3 manages scalable storage of inputs and outputs for seamless data control.

• Amazon CloudWatch delivers centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting for operational oversight and transparency.

This architecture enables Sellergeni to create product listings securely, consistently, and safely, anchored by resilient cloud infrastructure and strong governance guardrails.
