Solution
Aivar partnered with Elevate to design and deploy an AI-powered voicebot solution that automates participant outreach, personalizes engagement, and integrates seamlessly with Elevate’s program management systems. Architecture
The solution is built as a modular, real-time voice assistant, combining AWS-native services and best-in-class third-party APIs for speech and language processing. Users interact via web or mobile clients using WebRTC for low-latency, full-duplex audio. The architecture includes:
WebRTC Media Layer: Real-time audio streaming between users and backend, hosted on Amazon EC2 and integrated with Twilio for signaling.
Voice Processing Pipeline: Voice Activity Detection filters silence; Deepgram STT provides high-accuracy, low-latency transcription; conversation state is managed for context-aware interactions.
Conversational AI: Amazon Bedrock hosts foundation models (e.g., Nova Pro) for contextual response generation, with prompt caching and model selection for speed and reliability.
Tool Orchestration: Dynamic API integrations enable real-time task execution and action-oriented replies.
Voice Output: ElevenLabs TTS delivers lifelike, expressive speech, streamed back to users.
Post-Call Analytics: Transcripts are processed for insights and logged to CRM systems, enabling continuous improvement.
Security: All data transmission is secured with TLS/SSL, and infrastructure is provisioned via Terraform for reproducibility and compliance.
